As per this tweet World Health Organization (WHO) has not issued any protocol and procedure vis-à-vis lockdown periods. This notifcation turned out to be fake!

Mr. Zafar Mirza, State Minister of Health of Pakistan, formerly Director Health System, World Health Organization (WHO), has advised people to protect themselves not just from coronavirus but also from fake news and wrong information.
He said this in a tweet on Monday.

People are also advised to get accurate and up-to-date information about #Covid-19 from the government’s official WhatsApp helpline (+92) 0300-1111166. Besides English instant information is being provided in Urdu, Punjabi, Pashto, Balochi, Sindhi and Kashmiri languages.
